From 1 → Many: Making Your Community Work
Join us for a hands-on workshop for people who have already started a community, hosted one or more gatherings, and want to strengthen what they’ve built.
You’ve started a community. You’ve hosted gatherings, invited people in, and created momentum. What next?
Together, we’ll revisit core fundamentals (purpose, people, format, rhythm), and share what’s working (and why), what’s not, where friction shows up, and what to stop, tweak, or double down on. We’ll also talk about the role of the host during the gathering.
The session is participatory, practical, and grounded in lived examples. You’ll reflect on your own community, learn from others, and leave with clearer direction on what your next chapter should look like.
Expect a warm welcome, small-group exchanges, shared food and drinks (potluck-style), and on-time start and finish.
AGENDA
6:30pm: Welcome, intros, small bites and drinks (potluck-style)
7:00pm: Small-group work
8:00pm: Group sharing, collective insights and next steps
What to bring: snack or drink to share!
