A few years ago, my date swapped the traditional St. Paddy’s Day bar crawl for a cooking class — and it became one of the best holiday dates I’ve ever had. So this year, I’m bringing that magic to life in San Diego.
An evening of soda bread, Guinness beer cheese, smoked salmon blinis & Baileys chocolate mousse, made together from scratch. And for those who want to elevate the evening a little further — there’s the option to add on a Guinness shandy making experience or traditional Irish brews throughout the evening.
