Meltem Şahin – Artist & Designer
Meltem Şahin is a Turkish artist and designer working across illustration, digital art, and emerging technologies. A Fulbright scholar with a master's degree from MICA, her work has been exhibited internationally and recognized by leading illustration organizations. This year, one of her AI-generated works was selected for the permanent collection of the National Gallery in London.
In her talk, Meltem will introduce her artistic practice, share some of her favorite works, and offer insights into her creative process.
Jonerta Prenga & Elisa Szesny – RECARBOX
Jonerta Prenga and Elisa Szesny are the co-founders of Recarbox and longtime friends who combined their complementary skills to rethink urban parking.
Their startup develops compact, modular garages that fit into standard parking spaces, protect vehicles, and can integrate EV charging. In their talk, they will share their journey as female founders in the hardware space and introduce their vision for flexible urban mobility infrastructure.
Babalwa Rasane-Eidner – HairFit
Babalwa Rasane-Eidner is a South African-born marketing professional and founder of HairFit, an AI-powered health-tech startup offering personalized hair and scalp health insights. With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, she combines technology, business, and human-centered innovation.
In her talk, Babalwa will share HairFit's journey from idea to MVP, discussing key milestones, current challenges, and lessons learned along the way.
