About Event

This event is for discussing a new style of psychotherapy invented by Phil Stutz that first got mainstream popularity through the Netflix documentary “Stutz”. Dr. Phil offers a set of tools that anyone can learn and practice to feel better internally and to become their best for life’s challenges. His approach is unique in the sense that it doesn’t focus on problems and their causes but more on the solution and what actions you could take yourself to instantly feel better(and continue to as well).

The event is simply a discussion of the approach and sharing thoughts on those who have tried it or seen the documentary and perhaps even read the books( There’s a total of 3 books of his on this). Think of it as community support/book club sort of meeting/discussion to connect with those who have some interest or experience with this new-age self-psychotherapy approach.

You don’t have to have read the books or even watched the documentary to join. Can drop in to listen in and learn as well. But some kind of exposure prior might help you participate easily.
