Climate Governance Through a Legal Lens: Lawyers’ insights into what boards need to know about climate and nature
Legal Charter 1.5, in partnership with Chapter Zero, is hosting a panel discussion during London Climate Action Week on Wednesday 24 June at 4:30pm in central London. Bringing together non-executive directors, general counsels and senior executives, the session will explore what effective climate governance looks like at board level, with a particular focus on legal and fiduciary considerations.
Speakers include Helen Bowdren, Partner at Dentons; Alex Tamlyn, Senior Partner and Board Member at DLA and NED at British & American Investment Trust; Selina Sagayam, NED at The Renewables Infrastructure Group and Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund; and Wangui Kaniaru, Climate & Nature Governance Expert, Chair, IBA Law Firm Management Committee and Former Partner at ALN Kenya.
