Join us at Founder Lab 2: Rhythms, where we explore how high-performing founders can unlock sustainable energy, resilience, and creativity by working with their biology, not against it.

With Charlotte Grysolle, a Breath Science and Body-Oriented Coach, we'll dive into the three biological rhythms that drive your focus and energy: your 24-hour circadian rhythm (sleep-wake), your 90-minute ultradian rhythm (focus-recovery), and your respiratory rhythm (inhale-exhale). You'll discover how these rhythms shape everything from how well you sleep to how alert you feel in the morning to how focused you are in the afternoon.

About Charlotte

Hey, I’m Charlotte, a body-based performance coach helping driven and fast-moving people reconnect with their bodies.

I spent over a decade in global advertising, working in New York. Singapore and London. Like many, I lived entirely in my head: thinking, planning, pushing through. Always a plan, always a next step. From the outside, things looked great. But inside, I felt disconnected and would often get stuck in ways I didn't understand or couldn't explain.

Everything shifted when I discovered breathwork on a freediving course. It showed me that calm and clarity weren’t things I had to chase. They were already inside me. I just needed the tools to access them.

Since then, I’ve trained in breath science, nervous system regulation, and body-oriented coaching to help others do the same. I'm a certified Oxygen Advantage®️ Instructor, Breath Science Practitioner (with sleep and respiratory scientist Martin McPhilimey, and a certified Body-Oriented Coach (with ICF-accredited The Somatic School).

Originally from Belgium, I'm now based in Lisbon, where I work 1:1 with clients, lead workshops, and share tools and ideas through my newsletter Stretch

All our Founder Labs follow a flow that creates a safe, recognisable space for mini-transformations, shifts and iterations for your perspective as a founder.
