About Event

Narrow it, upgrade it, and build the one page that gives you your offer, your roadmap and your content.

Most people can describe what they're building. Almost nobody can describe who it's for in a way you could act on.

Small businesses. Founders. Ops teams. Those sound like answers and none of them are, because you couldn't go and find one this afternoon.

And everything downstream inherits it. The offer stays vague, you don't know what to post, and there's nobody specific to call.

Ninety minutes. You leave with one page.

The buyer, twice. First we narrow, from a category to someone you could find this afternoon. Then we upgrade, from whoever has the problem to whoever is bleeding from it and can pay to stop. Most people only ever make the first move and think they're finished.

Their language. Their words for the problem, not yours. Twenty years in an industry gives you a vocabulary your buyer doesn't use, and this is the step that stops everything after it being written in jargon.

The model. The result you're promising, the three things standing in their way, and what gets done about each. That's the page.

What it's for. The middle is your offer. The obstacles are what to build, in order. And they're what to talk about, which for most people is the first honest answer they've had to what do I post.

They get worked live in the room, by me and by a guest with a long career building and scaling tech products. So you see it done rather than just described.

Bring whatever you've got, however rough. A plan, a deck, a product nobody's using, or just the idea.

You also get: the recording · the template · plus, your page counts as your Sprint application

Not for you if: you already have paying customers, you want someone to build it for you, or you're not going to have the conversations.
