🧘♀️ Dema x Emfas Yoga Breakfast 🧘♀️
Start your day at Dema HQ with a vinyasa flow.
It will be an intimate session guided by Saul Philips, combining movement and mindfulness. It was absolutley amazing last time!
It will be followed by a proper yoga-compatible breakfast from Rene Voltaire's Pepstop.
Showers are available at the office for those heading straight to meetings or work afterwards.
