SAGRADO CORAZÓN ❤️‍🔥 Album Release Gathering at The Nest Hollywood

October 28 | 6-9pm

Join us for an intimate evening of Ancestral Remembrance, Ceremonial Music + Collective Prayer as we gather in community to honor those who came before us and celebrate the gift that is Life ✨⛲️✨

This is an evening to cultivate presence, listen and dance for the love of grief and praise.

To remember the names and stories that brought us here.

To make offerings to those we miss.

To sing for the ones who came before.

And to celebrate the extraordinary gift of being alive.

Mariana Mae has gathered community around the altar during the season of Día de los Muertos for years, creating moments where remembrance becomes a living relationship — where those who have crossed over are not forgotten, but welcomed back into the circle through prayer, offering, story and song.

Mariana recently released her debut album, Sagrado Corazón — a seven-song journey woven from original music and on-going studies with her Mexhiko ancestry and her Shipibo Maestros in the Peruvian Amazon.

She will weave elements of a traditional Muertos ritual with songs from Sagrado Corazón — music created as an offering to Life itself.

MUERTOS TRADITION + CELEBRATION 🌹

Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a deeply rooted tradition throughout Mexico and among Mexican communities around the world. It is a time when families create ofrendas — altars of remembrance — adorned with photographs, flowers, candles, food, objects and other offerings for those who have passed.

Día de los Muertos holds space for the continuity of love beyond death. The veil between worlds is approached with reverence and celebration. We remember that our lives are part of a much larger lineage — that we carry the stories, gifts, struggles and love of those who came before us.

This evening will offer a space to enter this tradition through music, ritual and celebration.

Together, we will gather around a Collective Ofrenda, share Xocolatl, offer prayers for our Beloveds on the other side, and allow song to become a bridge between generations.

BRING YOUR BELOVED ONES 🕯️

Guests are invited to bring a photograph or small remembrance of an ancestor or loved one who has passed to place upon our collective altar.

You may bring someone from your family lineage, a beloved friend, teacher, animal companion, or anyone whose life continues to live within your heart.

Ticketing Contribution invites you to come with a family member, or someone you wish to share this special evening with!
