DPDP Act 2023: What Corporates & POSH Practitioners Need to Know
About the Session
The Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework is no longer just an IT or Legal concern.
For organisations, it has implications across HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, employee data management and workplace investigations.
For POSH practitioners, it raises an equally important question:
How should sensitive personal data generated during a POSH complaint or inquiry be handled?
This interactive session with Mr. Alhad Oak, Founder – YNZ Legal, will simplify the DPDP framework and focus on what organisations and practitioners should realistically be thinking about.
Rather than a purely legal or theoretical discussion, the session will use practical examples, workplace scenarios and case studies to explore the implications of DPDP.
