Chris Balestras | Co-Founder of GTMBA & VibeScaling
After working in sales at BigCo (Salesforce), growth (Celonis), and early-stage (Metronome), Chris founded an advisory and recruiting firm called VibeScaling, helping seed through series B crack sales 0-->1 along with helping hire their founding GTM team. He also started/writes for GTMBA (fastest growing blog on all things GTM + AI + startups).

Alex Lindahl | GTM Engineer @ Clay
A knack for joining the right companies early. 8 Series A startups turned into 4 unicorns, including Clay where he was hired as one of the first GTM Engineers. He is also a Venture Partner at Company Ventures and author of the popular GTM Engineering newsletter, Claymation.io

Rory McDermott | GTM @ Attention
Rory is an AE at Attention, bringing Agentic AI to fast-growing companies like Scale AI and Engine.com - where he personally has closed several six-figure deals. His path wasn't typical; a Fashion major at Cornell, he started selling solar door-to-door before jumping into tech at PlayPlay, where he became the top global BDR in his first month. Rory joined Attention as the first BDR, helped build the GTM motion, and moved into a closing role within 3 months. Today, he pairs traditional sales instincts with deep GTME skills to help revenue teams bring AI agents to life.
