Teodora Sklayne is the founder of ATTIKA Fitness, a Certified Neuroscience Breathwork Practitioner (Wim Hof Method), and a Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience. She combines her extensive knowledge of fitness with the latest mind-body science to create transformative experiences that help individuals reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and build sustainable vitality from the inside out.
