Beyond Launch: Finding the Gaps in Your Product Experience: An interactive lunch workshop
TLDR;
This interactive lunch workshop helps product teams zoom out from screens and uncover the structural gaps holding their product back.
You’ll map out the core building blocks of your software, identify where UX and logic are breaking down, and leave with a practical framework to scale your product more clearly.
Please plan to be there for the full workshop (lunch is included)
Sound familiar...?
"We have an MVP that works, but we're growing and it's —but starting to feel very frankensteined"
"We have a bunch of new feature ideas, but not sure where to even fit that in"
"Our devs handled the early design and it was good enough... But now some things feel clunky, inconsistent, or hard to scale."
👥 This session is recommended for:
For founders, PMs, and product teams with a live product
Devs who want to improve structure without endless rewrites
Founders noticing UX debt but unsure how to fix it
Product managers / designers managing a flood of features without a clear plan of where to put them
✅ You’ll Walk Away With
A new lens to evaluate your product’s architecture
Specific use cases for your own product that your team can run with of areas to improve your product architecture
A checklist to uncover hidden UX risks and growth blockers
This is an intimate, interactive workshop
This isn't a multi-task, sit in the back and "plan to watch the recording after but never do" type session
Please plan to be there for the full workshop each part builds on itself
Come ready to workshop part of your product
