

Breathwork - Inner Spring Cleaning

When spring arrives, we often feel the urge to clean, reset, and make space.
This time, we do it from the inside out.
This session is safe for everyone, whether you’re new to breathwork or have experience. You’ll be gently guided and supported throughout the journey.
A guided Breathwork journey to:
Clear out what’s been held through winter
Releasing heaviness, stagnation and old layers that no longer serve you
Create space with your body for fresh energy, clarity and new beginnings to naturally arise
What to expect:
Arrival & Welcome
Everyone settles into the space and gets comfortable.Introduction & Safety
Overview of the breathwork technique and important safety guidelines.Landing & Intention
A short meditation to arrive in your body and set your personal intention for the session.Breathwork Journey
Lying down, guided through breath and intention with music, allowing release and presence to unfold.Integration Meditation
A gentle meditation to return fully to your body and the present moment.Sharing Circle (Optional)
For those who feel called, an opportunity to share and integrate experiences within the community.Closing the space
Gently closing the space.
Why donation based, and what does that mean?:
These sessions are offered on a donation basis to keep this work accessible to everyone, regardless of financial situation, while also allowing these gatherings to continue.
At the end of the session, you’ll be invited to take a moment to feel into your experience and what you’ve received. From there, you can choose a donation that feels aligned and authentic for you and your situation.
Every contribution, big or small, supports us in being able to continue sharing these beautiful events with as many people as we can.
What to Bring / Prepare
There will already be blankets on location, but feel free to bring your own thing to lay on
Comfortable clothes you can move in, breathe in and fit the weather that day
Water to stay hydrated
An open heart and curiosity to feel, release, and be present
Optional: journal to write down your experience
Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and connect with the space.
Important
We’ll be outside, so in case of heavy rain, the event may be rescheduled.
If you have any serious health conditions or are taking medication, please check with your doctor before participating in breathwork.
Make sure you don’t eat too much straight before. This may lead to cramping or nausea.
There’s usually plenty of space to sit, connect, and integrate together. I may need to leave shortly after the session, but you’re still welcome to stay and connect with others!
