​Event Name: The Innovation Edge: Peers Connect 2026 – Applied Human-Centred Design in Practice

​Description:
Discover how Human-Centred Design (HCD) drives real impact across diverse sectors. This session brings together practitioners from different backgrounds to showcase how HCD principles were applied in their programmes, initiatives, and products.

​Through two practitioner deep dives and a moderated discussion, participants will learn about framing challenges, gathering user insights, iterating solutions, and overcoming real-world implementation challenges. This is an opportunity to gain practical insights, ask questions, and explore how HCD can be applied in your own work.
