We’re thrilled to invite you to the very first edition of Woof & Move Amsterdam – a community wellness event created with love and care for our dog lovers and dog owners (bring your dog if you have one🐶).
This unique experience will bring together wellness, movement, and networking with our community in a way Amsterdam has never seen before. Think of it as a day to celebrate connection – with yourself, with others, and with the beautiful energy of our city while being in movement with dogs.
Woof & Move Amsterdam is hosted by Habity Society – a community initiative designed to create meaningful moments that spark joy, movement, good habits and connection.
And because our founder, Cecilia Behm, loves dogs, runs with her Zoe and loves to connect with our community, we are bringing to you this super exciting first event!
🌿 What to expect
A friendly, inclusive event designed for all levels.
Three distances to choose from: 1 km, 3 km, or 5 km walk/jogging/run.
A lighthearted, social atmosphere rather than a competitive race.
Wellness-inspired surprises and giveaways from our partners.
A cozy post-event gathering at a the dog park area to relax, do a breathing exercise, have a water, ice tea, snacks and connect.
🎒 What to bring
Comfortable shoes & clothes for walking or running.
A water bottle (we’ll have refill stations).
Your dog (if you are a dog owner).
Lots of good energy, dog love and an open spirit to connect with the community.
💚 Important to know
Spots are limited to 100 participants to keep it intimate and community-driven.
This is about fun, connection, and wellness – not speed or competition.
Every participant will have the chance to join a giveaway with prizes from our partners.

This day is our gift to you, with no fixed ticket price, because what matters most is having you there to share this beginning with us. If, at the end, your heart feels inspired to contribute in any amount, we will receive it with gratitude – but please know that your presence and energy are the greatest contributions you could bring.
