About Event

The Black Entrepreneurship Alliance (BEA) proudly presents Demo Day, our fourth celebration of Black tech founders turning bold ideas into thriving, investable ventures.

Over the past few months, founders in the BEA's Investment Bootcamp have sharpened their capital strategies, refined their pitches, and strengthened their business models with guidance from BEA mentors, partners, and industry experts. Now, they take the stage to share their traction, stories, and vision for what’s next.

Join us for an evening of:

  • Founder pitches from our latest Investment Bootcamp cohort

  • Candid feedback from investors and ecosystem partners

  • Networking with founders, funders, and community builders

  • The Alfred Anucha Award $10,000 in funding in honour of Alfred Anucha

  • Surprise announcement you won’t want to miss

  • The Startup Expo - an immersive display of our founders' work, stories, and ventures

  • Food & drinks celebrating our founders’ milestones
