About Event
Have you begun outsourcing considerable cognitive and emotional labor to large language models? Do you feel both excited and unsettled by their growing presence in your daily life?
Join us for a conversation exploring how LLMs are reshaping our relationships to ourselves and to others: how we think and learn, seek truth, process emotions, and make meaning. Together, we’ll reflect on trust, self-reinforcing systems, and dependency using our own experiences with AI as data (hence, auto-ethnography*) and come away with tailored practices for using AI more intentionally and preserving our cognitive agency.
*Auto-ethnography is a practice of using one’s own lived experience as data to better understand broader systems or phenomena.
