Weekly Meetup: CLAW BITES - Beginner Friendly OpenClaw Workshop

​Come hang out, relax and learn about OpenClaw! This beginner‑friendly workshop is designed to help Lunatechs understand the OpenClaw movement and get over the hump of setting it up on their own computer.

​Agenda

• ​4:00 – 4:30 pm: Social time
  Relax and make friends :)

• ​4:30 – 5:00 pm: Talks

• ​OpenClaw Demystified – Hanley Leung
  Hanley (ex‑Apple, ex‑EA, ex‑Yahoo! engineering leader) will explain what OpenClaw is, what it isn’t, and how you might use it personally or within your organization.

• ​Speaker Slot 2 – Open for applications
  Interested in presenting? Let us know! We’re especially keen to hear about alternative platforms to OpenClaw.

• ​OpenClaw Workshop – LokLok
  LokLok (creator of the multi‑award‑winning 3D web framework Effectnode and a judge for the Webby Awards and Anthem Awards) will demo cooll use cases. Learn how to write and use skills, use AWS WebSocket Gateway, and get a simple ABC‑123 walkthrough for setting up OpenClaw

• ​5:00 – 6:00 pm: Workshop Challenge (optional)
  Bring your computer and try setting up OpenClaw yourself—either with your own API key or a local model. Connect it to WhatsApp and trigger an action.

• ​6:00 – 6:30 pm: Challenge Share
  Take turns sharing your successes (or any fun failures).

​Chill vibes… as chill as Lunatechs can be, at least!
