Together, we're running a 3-hour session at OCAD's Waterfront Campus during Toronto Tech Week, designed for product managers, designers, innovation leads, and anyone bringing AI into their team's work with intention.

​You'll see where AI is actually being used in product and design teams, which tools matter, where they break down — and then you'll try the workflows yourself with your own tools and accounts.

​We cover the workflows that are already changing the job:

​→ Discovery & insight synthesis — turn interviews, support tickets, and research notes into usable patterns in minutes. Human judgment picks the question; AI collapses the time.

​→ Competitive intelligence — build AI-powered signal monitoring and translate insights directly into product and design strategy. A serious look at what changes when your team has this running.

​→ Prototyping & vibe coding — go from idea to working prototype in one session. A designer's eye on who experiences what you build — and what that means for the choices you make along the way.

​We'll also address what teams do when their org restricts certain tools, how to adopt AI safely, and how to choose between tools depending on the task.

​And if you're actively interviewing? "What's your AI toolkit?" is now a first-15-minutes question from hiring managers. This workshop gives you a real answer.
