Valentina Jerusalmi
Valentina Jerusalmi is General Manager at Bending Spoons, where she leads two business units: Mosaic, the company's consumer app portfolio, and AOL, the iconic web portal and email provider acquired in January 2026.
She holds a degree in Mathematical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master's in Data Science and Business Analytics from Paris.
She joined Bending Spoons in 2021, on her third attempt, and is a firm believer that persistence beats almost anything. Since then, she has led five acquisitions, integrating teams, products, and businesses into the group with an obsessive focus on operational excellence.
