​Fletcher and Komran rebuild the code review system the Claude Code team wrote about, from scratch, live. The point isn't to review code faster. It's to build the system that makes code review do itself.

​Not a step-by-step tutorial. A look at what's possible right now, and how to think about building it.

• ​A code review system modeled on the one the Claude Code team built, rebuilt from scratch

• ​A bug loop on top of it: every reported bug gets picked up, fixed and sent back with a video you can comment on until it's right

• ​Agents and code as equal steps: anything that can run as code does, so the system stays fast and cheap
