🤖AI Fieldwork: A space for anyone curious about how AI is changing L&D. Together we investigate what AI means for how people learn and work, observe closely, make notes and return with sharper questions for our own practice. Curious beats expert here, so come as you are.
Two lens, one session. The Playground brings the courage to try something new. AI Fieldwork brings the curiosity to investigate how AI is changing our work. Together, we are asking: what will L&D look like in 10 years, when AI is part of everything we do? In this session you don't predict it, you play it. You join a crew, take a leap in the future, explore a new professional identity, and build an artefact that represent that world. A playful way to explore who are we becoming.
We played the original version during the L&D Shakers AI Fieldwork cohort. Now we're bringing version 2.0 to the Playground, and we can't wait to see where you take it.
Because this is also a Playground session, the game is only half the experience. After we play, we'll reflect together.
