About Event

AI Transformation Leaders’ Roundtable is a closed-door discussion for senior leaders focused on moving AI from experimentation to measurable business impact.

The session brings together decision-makers to share real-world experiences, challenges, and strategies around scaling AI and GenAI, governance, ROI, and enterprise adoption.

Agenda

09:30 – 10:30 | Registration & Networking

We are running a tight, high-velocity format designed to extract maximum insight in minimum time. We ask for your cooperation in adhering to the time blocks below.

10:30 AM | Seating & Kickoff

  • Welcome & Purpose (10 mins): Chuck Chekuri will set the stage for the discussion, outlining the "Gap between Vision and Reality" theme.

  • The Framework (15 mins): Our facilitation partners—Sonu, Bhushan, and Kalyan—will outline the engagement process and how we will capture insights today.

10:55 AM | Flash Introductions (25 mins)

  • A strict 1-minute spotlight per leader.

  • Format: Name, Role, and one word that describes your AI outlook for 2026.

11:20 AM | The Core Dialogue: 6 Questions (75 mins)

  • This is the heart of the roundtable. We will tackle 6 strategic questions regarding AI adoption and architecture.

  • The "30-Second Challenge": To ensure every voice is heard on every topic, responses will be capped at 30 seconds per person. This rapid-fire format focuses on instinct and clarity over long-form explanation.

  • Summary of key "Blind Spots" identified.

  • Closing remarks.

12:45 PM | Networking Lunch (1 Hour)

01:45 PM | Event Concludes

What to Expect

  • No Slides, Just Strategy: This is a dialogue, not a presentation. Come ready to speak.

  • Chatham House Rule: To encourage open sharing about internal challenges and risks, the specific attribution of comments will remain private to the room unless agreed otherwise.

  • Active Participation: The value of this roundtable comes from the diversity of thought. The moderators will ensure the conversation moves quickly to cover all ground.
