Ethnic minority professionals are key to Scotland’s success, yet still face barriers to wellbeing, progression, and retention. To build a fair and future-ready workforce, we must invest in diverse talent and inclusive leadership.
The Scottish Ethnic Minority Talent Summit & Festival 2025 (SEMTSF25) takes place on Thursday 9 October 2025 at Tynecastle Park, Edinburgh. This full-day event brings together professionals, leaders, and change-makers from across sectors to shape the future of inclusive work.
With the theme "Wellbeing and Resilience – Thriving in a Changing World", SEMTSF25 focuses on practical solutions from mental health to mentorship, AI to allyship equipping organisations to better support and empower their people.

🔹 Gala & Awards (18:30 till late): A black-tie dinner celebrating excellence in inclusive hiring across Scotland’s sectors.
