AI Tinkerers is bringing the GTM Engineering track to San Francisco to convene the builders who understand that in a world of abundant software, the competitive advantage is how the thing you build gets noticed, adopted, and embedded into workflows before anyone else’s does.

This is a room for hands-on builders and growth experts. We want to see your messy experiments, creative hacks, and technical discoveries. Your demo should show how you got real results with something you built from scratch.
The Rules of the Room:
Running demo Only: No slide decks, no vendor pitches, no fluff.
Expose the Internals: Show the AI-powered outbound systems, automated content pipelines, or self-serve onboarding flows doing the work.
Candid Technical Work: We embrace half-baked and fragile builds if the technical logic is sound.
