The UW Startup Career Fair brings together various Seattle startups, founders, and ~200 job seekers for an afternoon of direct connections, real conversations, and in-person interviews — right here at UW.

This isn’t a typical job fair. MeeBoss is a match-first, chat-first platform that connects you directly with hiring managers before you even step into the room. That means by the time you arrive, you’ll already have matches and conversations underway and you’ll know exactly which startups to prioritize meeting during the festival.
How It Works for Job Seekers

Space is limited, and registration will be approved manually to ensure balance.
Get Matched on MeeBoss
Once registered, you’ll receive an invite to set up your MeeBoss profile.
MeeBoss will automatically match you with open roles from participating startups.
Start Chatting with Employers
Use MeeBoss’ ChatFirst platform to connect with startups before the event.
Build relationships, ask questions, and line up potential interviews.
Meet In Person at the Event
You’ll be able to meet the startups you’ve already chatted with, plus discover new ones.
Not available during a block? No problem. We’ll also have dedicated space open all day for impromptu chats.
