As AI becomes embodied and enters our physical environments, new challenges and questions emerge at the intersection of technology, policy, and everyday life: how do trust, responsibility, and everyday decisions evolve when AI becomes a presence?
For this edition, we’re bringing this conversation to life.
🎤 Guest speaker: Emily Kate Genatowski
AI Domestic Robotics Researcher working at the intersection of technology, policy, and lived experience.
Emily is a historian and PhD Candidate at The University of Vienna with a backgrund spanning Harvard, Columbia, Google Arts & Culture (collaborating with institutions such as NASA and the White House).
Through immersive research - including living with Tova, a Unitree bipedal humanoid robot, for a year - Emily investigates the real-world frictions shaping our AI future: from legal gaps and infrastructure to trust, identity, and everyday coexistence.
🤖 And yes, you’ll also meet Tova, joining us for this session.
Expect an interactive evening with:
grounded, hands-on insights
real-life inspired scenarios
