TCM Cooking & Latin Dancing
What is this event about?
Join us on Sunday, 25 January, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, for a unique cultural experience where Traditional Chinese Medicine cooking meets Latin dance. Discover the healing power of TCM cooking! We’ll prepare delicious Chinese dishes using healthy, bio ingredients and Chinese herbs, learning how these natural remedies can nourish your body and mind. At the same time, relax and energize your body with our amazing dance teacher, Idael Alfonso, as he guides us through joyful Salsa and Bachata moves, creating a wonderful and uplifting Sunday.
