This session marks the first public appearance of Speya, formerly Find My Factory, under its new brand. Simon Wijk Stranius, CTO at Speya, will take the technical perspective: what the AI does, what it has made possible for the first time, and what he decided it should never be allowed to do.
Marcus Frankelius, COO and Partner at Speya, has been with the company since the beginning and works closely with its customers. He will share the customer perspective: what users pushed back on, what Speya rebuilt because of their feedback, and why human relationships still determine the outcome in a company built on AI.
Why now?
AI agents are moving rapidly from experimentation into real business workflows, but governance is struggling to keep pace. According to Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise report, 74% of companies expect to use agentic AI within two years, while only 21% currently have a mature governance model for autonomous agents.
At the same time, the EU AI Act is introducing new expectations around transparency, accountability and oversight. The gap between what AI can do, how organisations govern it, and who remains responsible for the final decision is what this hour is about.
