Andal Seshadri, Legal Counsel at 10 Leaves Legability and Dubai’s Tokenisation Lawyer, will lead a practical workshop examining how tokenised real estate offerings can be structured, the licensing considerations involved, and the rights and protections afforded to investors.
Industry Panel | Moderated by Rishel Fernandes
The workshop will be followed by a panel featuring leading voices from across the industry, moderated by Rishel Fernandes, Authorisations Manager at 10 Leaves. The discussion will explore commercial opportunities, implementation challenges and the future of real estate tokenisation in the UAE.
