About Duane Park Patisserie
Behind the Matches is hosting a trip to Duane Park Patisserie, home of the iconic Ring Ding Bar. We’ll meet at Fabrik and take a short walk through TriBeCa to visit this beloved neighborhood bakery, serving the community since 1992.
Founded by Madeline Lanciani, the first female chef at The Plaza Hotel and a Food Network Chopped Champion, Duane Park Patisserie is known for its classic desserts, including the famous Ring Ding Bar. During our visit, we’ll hear the bakery’s story, get a peek inside the kitchen, and see the care behind creations that have stood the test of time (plus a fun tasting)!
