Meet our panelists
Rob is the Clinical Director at Doro Mind. He is a board-certified physician, marathon runner, and passionate advocate. He turned the shocking experience of navigating his own son’s schizophrenia into a mission for optimizing treatment, advocating for families, and proving that meaningful recovery is possible. He published his experience in Meaningful Recovery from Schizophrenia & Serious Mental Illness with Clozapine. He and his wife, Dr. Ann Mandel, founded Team Daniel, the organization that sponsored the film Into the Light, an inspiring documentary that features experts and families confronting the stigma and barriers to care for Serious Mental Illness and illuminates the medicine clozapine and human resilience that make recovery possible.
Hannah is the Associate Clinical Director at Doro Mind. She is a dynamic leader in psychiatric care who bridges the gap between specialized practice and community service. She leverages her deep clinical experience from Project Renewal, Columbia University, Rikers Island, and Bellevue Hospital alongside her former background in tech and policy to drive her mission: building sustainable support systems through innovative care models.
