Your LinkedIn profile and professional outreach can be more than job-search tools - they can help you clearly communicate the value you bring and create meaningful conversations before opportunities are ever posted. This final workshop in the Green Career Shift series focuses on turning career clarity and momentum into a practical system for showing up intentionally and connecting with organizations that matter to you.
Participants will leave with two concrete deliverables: a repositioned LinkedIn presence, including a stronger headline and About section, and a research-driven outreach system for identifying organizations of interest and reaching out as a thought partner rather than simply as a job seeker. You will also learn how to make direct outreach feel natural rather than awkward, salesy, or like you are asking for a favor. The workshop is designed to stand alone, so participation in Parts 1 or 2 is not required.
