About Event

There is no shortage of bold claims about AI automation right now. Every week brings new examples of smaller teams, faster workflows, and systems that supposedly run themselves.

What is real, what is exaggerated, and what is genuinely useful?

This meetup is for people who are curious about AI automation in Marketing, skeptical of the hype, and want to hear what is actually working in practice.

NoCodeOps Berlin is an informal gathering for operators, builders, consultants, marketers, automation professionals, and no-code practitioners who work with tools like Zapier, Make, Claude, OpenAI, Notion and similar platforms, or are actively exploring them.

The goal is to bring thoughtful people together in Berlin to have a more grounded conversation about where AI automation is genuinely creating value, where the hype is ahead of reality, and what people are actually building and learning right now.

We will start with a short practical demo or case study to get the conversation going, then open things up for discussion, shared experiences, and networking.

Topics may include:

  • what people are actually automating with AI right now

  • where AI helps and where standard automation still works better

  • how tools like Notion, Zapier, and Make are evolving in practice

  • useful workflows, lessons learned, and dead ends

  • the gap between online narratives and day-to-day operational reality

Bring your laptop if you'd like to follow along!

This is not a polished conference.
It is not an anti-AI event.
And it is not a platform for product pitching.

It is a room for people who want a more honest, practical exchange around no-code operations and AI.

If you have a case study, workflow, experiment, or lesson worth sharing, you are very welcome to bring it. Depending on time and fit, a few attendees may be invited to give a short informal walkthrough of something they have built, tested, or learned. Priority will go to practical, experience-based shares rather than product demos or sales presentations.

So if you are working on something interesting, feel free to come prepared. Even if you do not present formally, this is very much a space to exchange ideas with peers.

I’m hosting this as someone who works closely with tracking, automation, and MarTech systems through TrackFunnels, and who has been watching the shift toward AI-led workflows with both curiosity and caution. My goal is not to push a grand narrative, but to bring together people in Berlin who want to compare notes on what is real.

Expect a small, informal group, practical discussion, and plenty of time to network.

The exact venue will be sent to approved participants a few days before the event.

Also consider joining the awesome NoCodeOps community on discord!
