Building is beautiful and it's also a lot. If this week has been full-on, this Friday morning is an invitation to exhale.
Come move with a small group of female founders in a gentle yoga session centred around mindfulness, presence, and just being — no performance, no pressure. Just you, your mat, and women who truly understand the journey.
This session is beginner friendly, so whether you've never stepped on a mat or just haven't in a while, you're very welcome here.
Afterwards, we're staying put for a cosy coffee chat at SQ Collective. Pull up a chair, wrap your hands around something warm, and let the conversation go wherever it wants to go.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: NATALIE
Nat leads a customer success team at a tech startup — so yes, she knows the grind. She began her career in legal practice, where intensity and output were everything, and slowing down always felt like falling behind.
Since discovering yoga during COVID, Nat has been on a personal journey of honouring her body, listening to her limits, and finding strength in stillness (not always easy — she feels you!). She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali in 2024 and her Buff Bones instructor training in 2026, and she's here to create a space for those of us caught in the same pace — to slow down, breathe, and grow stronger through rest and deliberate movement.
