Preoccupied Chicago August Walking Book Club with Rowan Beaird

​Our second Preoccupied Walking Book Club is happening Sunday, August 30th at 11 am and we’ll be discussing Tenderness with author Rowan Beaird!

​This novel is a slow-burn mystery set on a remote Virginia island, where a group gathers for the wedding of Shay O’Connor, a recent escapee from the infamous Synanon cult. Expect plenty to talk about as we wander through Montrose Beach.
