About Event

The way companies design and deliver products is undergoing a fundamental shift. With global supply chains under pressure, a new model is emerging—one based on agile production and digital workflows.

Enabled by technologies like cloud-based design software and additive manufacturing, today’s innovators are rethinking what’s possible and building faster, more resilient operations. But driving real transformation takes more than just the right tools. It requires challenging long-held assumptions and pushing through resistance.

Join us for a panel discussion with the leaders who have done just that. Hear how they broke through traditional thinking, reshaped their industries, and where they see the future of technology and manufacturing headed next.

Event Agenda

  • 5:30 PM – Arrival and networking over food and beverages

  • 6:30 PM – Panel discussion with Mitch and Jon, followed by an interactive audience Q&A

  • Post-panel – Networking and conversations continue

About Jon Hirschtick

Jon Hirschtick is a technology pioneer and leading entrepreneur in the computer-aided design (CAD) industry. Throughout his career, he has built software tools that empower engineers and designers to bring their hardware innovations to life. He is the founder and former CEO of two of the most influential CAD companies: SOLIDWORKS (acquired by Dassault Systèmes) and Onshape (acquired by PTC). Today, Jon serves as Chief Evangelist for PTC’s Onshape, where he advocates for the future of product development powered by cloud-native engineering tools.

When he is not building businesses, Jon is also known for his time on the famed MIT Blackjack Team. His stories from that era, featured in the movie “21" and the History Channel’s "Breaking Vegas,” are a favorite among customers and colleagues alike. Jon earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from MIT.

About Mitch Debora

Mitch Debora is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mosaic Manufacturing, a company transforming supply chains with automated additive manufacturing. A serial entrepreneur, Mitch previously founded and exited Vivid 3D before launching Mosaic in 2014. With a background in mechanical and materials engineering, he blends technical expertise with a passion for finance, intellectual property, and product design. Under his leadership, Mosaic has pioneered factory-connected 3D printing solutions that enable scalable, on-demand production.

Mitch is an advisor and speaker on additive manufacturing and supply chain resilience and serves as an AM Advisory Board Member at Next Generation Manufacturing Canada.
