Mindfulness Hack: EEG (Mindful Makers x Neurable)
βπ§ββοΈ Mindful Makers: Inaugural Mindfulness Hack (Boston)
βJoin us on NOVEMBER 22nd for Mindful Makers' inaugural Mindfulness Hack, sponsored by Neurable. In this single-day hack, we will be building and deploying technology that brings us back to the present moment in our daily lives. Bring your best mindfulness ideas!
βNeurable will be providing MW75 Neuro EEG headphones for the hack, allowing us to dive deeper into topics such as:
βπ§ββοΈ How can EEG biofeedback enhance meditation and wellbeing?
βπ§ How does YOUR brain emit signals and behave in conditions of mindful attention?
βπ‘ How can we build technology that enhances and prolongs this state of mind?
βCome prepared to code and to build products with measurable impact in the daily lives of our members.
βπ See: mindfulmakers.xyz for more details.
βJoin Mindful Makers for our first-ever Mindfulness Hack β a one-day creative event dedicated to building technology that supports mindful living.
βWeβll spend the day designing and building apps, websites, and tools that promote mindfulness in everyday life. Our belief is simple: technology can deepen presence, connection, and well-being.
To test our creations, weβll use them ourselves in the days that follow β and see if they truly cultivate ease, warmth, spaciousness, generosity, and connection.
βπ‘ Who Should Join
βMeditators: Some experience with meditation is encouraged (occasional dabblers are welcome!).
βNon-coders welcome: You donβt need to be a programmer β weβll keep a balanced ratio of coders to non-coders (~1:1) so everyone can contribute meaningfully.
