Yanis will demo PR Board, a dashboard that pulls every open PR into one view so you can see what needs reviewing, what's blocked, and what's ready to merge at a glance. Expect a look at how it fits into an AI-assisted review workflow, what it surfaces that GitHub doesn't, and the lessons learned building it.
