About Event

Transformation Strategist & Leadership Coach Amale Ghalbouni joins TNN for the first public exploration of her upcoming book Experimental, published June 2026. Described as “a field manual for possible courage,” the book challenges the idea that leadership strength comes from certainty, control or perfectly formed plans.

Modern organisations still reward confidence, polish and definitive answers. Reality looks different. Complex markets, fast technology cycles and ambiguous information mean leaders often move forward without the clarity they would prefer.

This session is built for leaders, founders, operators and decision-makers working in that reality. Anyone responsible for teams, strategy or transformation will recognise the tension between needing to act and not having perfect information. Amale will unpack why courage in organisations rarely comes from heroic individuals, and why progress depends more on designing environments where people can test ideas, surface uncertainty and learn quickly without reputational damage.

Expect a candid look at why courage within organisations is often misunderstood, fails, and why intelligent risk is punished. Amale will explore how leaders can reshape those dynamics so experimentation becomes a disciplined capability rather than an occasional act of bravery.

Rather than another leadership theory, Experimental treats leadership as something practiced in real time under pressure. TNN will host the first conversation about what that looks like inside modern organisations.

!IMPORTANT!

Flakiness is not tolerated at TNN. Late is fine. No-shows are not. Speakers get up early. Seats are limited. Two flakes and you are banned permanently. Reliability is the minimum standard here. If you say you'll come and don't show up that's not ok. Your name and company name will be sent to the speaker and listed on TBD+ so people know exactly who they can rely on. Why? Brilliant speakers get up early to do this, plus you stopped someone else from coming, and generally speaking, who doesn't want to surround themselves with do-ers right now?
Sound harsh? It's meant to.
