About Event

For communications professionals to engage frontline employees, they need to build effective feedback loops.

And we're not talking about a haphazard annual survey.

Instead, how can comms pros collect feedback, synthesize it for leadership, advocate for policy change, and then communicate those changes back to employees?

In this virtual event, Comms Futurist is convening a panel of experts to share insights on how internal communications professionals approach feedback loops when supporting large, dispersed, and frontline workforces.

Hear perspectives from leaders working in this space on:

  • How comms teams gather meaningful feedback from frontline and dispersed employees

  • How employee feedback helps shape communication strategies and leadership decisions

  • Why “closing the loop” with employees builds engagement and how to do it effectively

You'll leave with actionable tips and ideas to deepen trust and engage frontline employees. Join us!

in partnership with HubEngage, the unified multi-channel employee engagement platform
