Session: AI Is Changing Work. Are You?
The session would be built around a series of thought-provoking (and sometimes uncomfortable) questions, such as:
Are we still truly thinking, or are we starting to outsource our thinking?
What remains uniquely human in our work?
And ultimately, if many tasks become automated, what makes us truly valuable?
The goal is to create a reflective and engaging experience more of a guided conversation than a one-way presentation, where attendees can step back and rethink their role, their skills, and their positioning in this new context.
It will be dynamic, personal, and grounded in real-world examples, with space for interaction and reflection.
About the Speaker
Cristina Peñaloza is an AI and marketing strategist, author of When AI Joins the Marketing Team, and Professor at IE University.
She works with companies and executives to integrate AI into real workflows — focusing on productivity, decision-making, and measurable results.
