Halifax - Agentics Foundation Meetup
An AI agent can write useful code and still lose track of the task.
Keeping it on course takes engineering: the right context, useful tools, a way to carry progress forward, and checks that establish whether the work is actually finished.
That’s the conversation we’re bringing to Halifax this Thursday.
We (Agentics Foundation in Halifax) are pleased to welcome Rishub C R aka Craftsman, Founder & Builder at CraftsmanLabs, to our Halifax Agentics Foundation Meetup for:
𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 Harness Engineering in Practice
A harness is the software around an AI model that coordinates how an agent operates. It brings tools, context management, execution and feedback together.
For anyone exploring agentic AI, that raises useful engineering questions: what should an agent know, what should it be able to do, and how should we check its work?
Rishub’s projects include SimpleAgents, and his work spans AI agents, memory systems and developer tools.
We want this meetup to be a place where we can compare approaches, discuss what breaks and learn from one another’s work.
Developers, AI practitioners, founders, students and curious builders are welcome.

When you build with AI agents, where do you spend the most effort: managing context, getting tools to work, or verifying the results?
