About Event

You’ve seen what AI can do. The harder questions are: Where should your organization start? Which tools are worth adopting? And who can help turn an idea into a working solution?

Join the Alexander Innovation Centre for an evening of practical discussion, technology demonstrations and connections with people building and implementing AI.

We’ll explore what it means to become an AI-optimized organization: choosing useful applications, preparing your team and measuring whether the technology improves how your business operates.

Three questions we’ll tackle

1. Who can help me turn AI opportunities into working solutions?
Meet the emerging role of the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)—a practitioner who works directly with your team to understand workflows, implement solutions and support deployment. Explore when you need specialist help, what your internal team can own and what an AI readiness and adoption roadmap should contain.

2. Which tools could make a difference in my business today?
Explore practical applications of voice AI and chatbots, from handling routine enquiries to supporting customer service and sales follow-up. We’ll discuss how to identify a useful first application, evaluate the effort involved and measure results.

3. Where do robotics fit—and what does it take to make it work?
See humanoid robotics in action and explore physical AI: systems that sense and act in the real world. We’ll discuss potential business applications and the integration, staff preparation and operating support required to move beyond a demonstration.

Bring your business challenge. Leave with a clearer next step.

The evening is designed to help you:

  • Identify a workflow worth exploring for AI adoption.

  • Understand the skills and support needed to implement it.

  • Ask better questions when evaluating tools and providers.

  • Connect with business leaders, AI practitioners and technology teams.

Whether you lead an organization, manage operations or build technology, join the conversation on November 24 about making AI useful in practice.

Speaker announcements coming soon!

We look forward to welcoming industry professionals and innovators who will share their perspectives and experiences.

Connect. Collaborate. Innovate.

Enjoy light bites and refreshments throughout the evening.

Hosted by Alexander Innovation Centre (AIC) (alexic.ca), in collaboration with Alebex AI (alebex.ai), with generous support from our venue sponsor, Alexander College (alexandercollege.ca).
