Art of Change No. 6 - Releasing, Responding, and Renewing in Complexity
As the late summer transitions gently toward autumn, you are invited to an intimate, peer-based gathering designed in the spirit of conversational leadership: a salon where thoughtful, purposeful dialogue replaces traditional presentation, and collective inquiry moves us toward new ways of understanding change, possibility, and self-leadership.
Our circle will focus on the essential practice of “releasing”—letting go of what no longer serves us, in order to meet complexity with clarity and embodied courage.
Why Participate?
Workplaces and communities today are complex, adaptive, and often resistant to change—just as “old ways of working” resist the creative heat of new insights. This salon offers a supportive environment to practice:
Noticing where systems are ready for renewal—and where we are holding on unnecessarily.
Strengthening your conversational leadership—learning how to ask better questions, receive differing perspectives, and synthesize group insight.
Building relationships with peers who value authentic dialogue and continuous growth.
