​We are delighted to announce that Stephen Huddart will open the call this coming Tuesday as we release the Impact United Academy fall calendar of courses and workshops!

​Stephen served as CEO of the McConnell Foundation (2011–2020), where he led field-building work in impact finance and pioneered approaches to program-related investments, community-driven outcomes contracts, and other sector innovations. He also sat on the federal steering committee whose recommendations led to the creation of the $755-million Social Finance Fund. Today, Stephen is an adjunct professor at the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business and Director of the Victoria Forum’s Regenerative Economy program. Throughout his distinguished career, he has been a strong advocate for knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the social finance sector.
