Immerse yourself in a transformative breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with your full humanity, especially with the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide, suppress, or judge. There is nothing to fix. Just meet, witness, and understand.
In this session, you’ll be gently invited into a conversation with the parts of yourself you may have labeled as “too much,” “not enough,” or “not good/okay.” Through conscious breathing, awareness, and mapping your capacity to hold what arises, you can begin to nurture what lives inside you and build trust with the parts who are open to engage with you at your own pace.
This is a technique-free breathwork journey that meets you exactly where you are. There is no performance, no forcing and no 'right way' to breathe. Cultivate presence, self-acceptance, self-trust, and inner safety by slowly increasing your capacity to witness what arises and to hold your full emotional expression.
Guided by a carefully curated music set, this deeply somatic journey unfolds in a safe, nurturing space that I hold for you with care and presence so you can explore safely within your own boundaries.

What to Expect

How to Prepare
avoid heavy meals for about 2 hours before the session
wear warm, comfortable clothes (no tight sportswear, layers recommended); if you tend to get cold easily, also bring an extra sweater/ pair of warm socks
bring a water bottle and an eye mask, if you have one; mats and blankets are provided
if possible, keep your schedule spacious afterwards to allow integration

Transformative breathwork is a powerful practice, but it may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult a healthcare professional before participating if you have:
cardiovascular conditions
epilepsy
psychosis or severe psychiatric conditions
severe anxiety disorders or PTSD
glaucoma or increased intraocular pressure
severe respiratory conditions
recent surgery
pregnancy
or if you are taking strong psychotropic medication
