Learn the difference between chat (ChatGPT, Claude) and agents (Cowork, Claude Code, Codex)—those specifically built to work through your files, run multi-step tasks, and automate the things you do over and over. Then you'll sort your own real work into the right bucket and actually run it.
Who should come (This event is virtual)
Small business owners, operators, freelancers, and service providers. This is a good fit if you:
use AI to chat, but haven't put it to work on real tasks yet
keep doing the same task by hand and suspect there's a better way
want to stop copy-pasting and start handing off whole jobs
No technical experience needed. You don't need to know how to code.
What you'll do
Learn the two modes. What chat is great at, what agents are great at, and the simple rule for telling them apart.
Sort your tasks. Take the real work on your plate and decide what's a quick chat job vs. what's worth handing to an agent.
Run one of each. Do a fast chat task, then point an agent at something messier and multi-step.
Build a loop, something reusable. Turn a repeating task into a workflow you can run again next week without starting over.
Bring one thing you need to get done: a customer reply, a social post, a product description, a menu update, a vendor email, a checklist, a plan, or that tiny task that keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.
We’ll help you use AI to move it forward. And, when possible, turn it into a workflow you can use again.
