Jimmy Kishimori Goodbye Dinner
You may have heard that Jimmy Kishimori, Deputy Consul General of the SF Japan Consulate, has been promoted to Consul General of the Detroit Consulate and will be relocating there in December. While I am very excited for Jimmy’s promotion, I am also sad to see him go. He has been a true friend and partner to the Japan Society of Northern California and to me personally during his time here in the Bay Area.
To honor him and thank him for all that he has done for Japan Society and the cause of building US-Japan friendship - and to welcome his successor, Deputy Consul General Takeshi Ishihara, we are planning a small dinner on Dec. 4 at Palio in San Francisco.
Please join us for dinner on Dec. 4 to thank Jimmy and to wish him and DCG Ishihara well in their new assignments.
The details of the dinner are as follows:
Time: Dec. 4, 2024, 6:30-8:30 pm
Place: Palio, 640 Sacramento St., San Francisco, 94111
Cost: $75
Attendance: Limited to 15 people
